A recipe handed to me by Auntie Pet.
Ingredients:
2 cups grated Cassave Cake
3/4 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coco powder
1/4 cup butter
Topping:
cheese/macapuno/langka
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix together main ingredients then bake for 15 mins.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and spread atop the cake. Bake for another 5 mins.
