My husband and I renewed our vows last December 8, 2016, on our 15th anniversary. When Jeff proposed to me once again on December 8, 2013, I didn’t really expect anything like this to transpire. I was happy with my new rock as it was, who needs the hassle of preparing for a wedding!
It was until around October – yes, just two months back, when my dashing groom drove us to a perspective venue. Boy, was he serious! The wedding coordinator brain in me got really busy thinking about the odds- the limited time, the slimmer chances that we have on booking everything we needed, given that our 15th anniversary was just a couple of months away. But then again, when the Lord paves the way, He makes everything fall into place. Yes, it helped that I have been coordinating weddings for more than a decade but with the limited time we’re given, it can only be the Lord’s work on making sure everything we needed were provided for.
I am going to write a lengthier post on our journey to our renewal of vows when the official photos and videos are available. It’s always nicer when an entry comes with photos. 🙂
