dS Cafe Presents Healthy Living with Natural Foods

Diana Stalder shares the juice recipe that cured her sister’s Glaucoma, during the dS Cafe’s Healthy Living with Natural Foods event.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of being good stewards to our bodies through eating healthy. As our family has transitioned to eating “healthier” in the last couple of years, I’m also led to share with my readers the healthier food choices that I come across with, one of which is through Diana Stalder’s advocacy of Healthy Living with Natural Foods.

Healing Proof

I especially love that dS is so true to their advocacy that they are willing to share the very recipe that has cured Kristina Stalder of her Glaucoma. At age 13, Kristina Stalder was diagnosed with this serious disease. Glaucoma causes damage to the optic nerve and progresses to get worse over time. Tina’s diagnosis was not good as her results came out beyond the normal range. But because of her age, nothing drastic was encouraged and was just told to closely monitor her condition.

dS Recipe that cured Tina’s Glaucoma:

  • Carrots 500 ml
  • Cucumber 200 ml
  • Celery 30 ml
  • Apple 400 ml
  • Orange 400 ml

After a month of drinking this concoction, Kristina results after check up went back to normal ranges, totally backing up the promise of natural food juicing as a strong health booster – allowing the body to help overcome diseases. It was Glaucoma, for this matter. This has further strengthened Diana Stalder’s resolve to champion healthy living through healthy eating.

Diana also shared a healthy pasta recipe consisted mostly of fruits and vegetables:

  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  • Squash 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Sayote 1/2 cup
  • Lettuce 1 tbsp
  • Basil 1 tbsp
  • Malunggay 1tbsp
  • Tarragon 1 tbsp
  • Spinach 1 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
  • Herbal tonic 1 tbsp
  • Penne pasta 3 cups

This healthy pasta recipe was surprisingly good. As a bunch that have gotten used to pasta dishes being either creamy white, Italian or Pinoy-style, this is a refreshing, healthy and tasteful change that I am so going to try on my own the next time I cook pasta at home.

Thank you so much Diana Stalder, for sharing these delightfully yummy and healthy recipes! Make sure to check out dS Cafe and try their healthy juice drinks and food offerings!
