Have you guys seen Jollibee’s Maaga ang Pasko TVC lately? My son and I have and we now know where we are going to donate the many books and toys he has outgrown. It cannot be more timely since we have scheduled to do some spring cleaning this week. 🙂
Aside from my son’s undeniable love for anything Jollibee, I am personally impressed how Jollibee has sustained this Maaga ang Pasko drive. This season is their 19th year and this has been considered the longest running toy and book collection drive to date.
We have in our family this exercise of giving away at least one thing for every new stuff that we accumulate and I am happy that our son is growing up to embrace this habit for himself. But this time around, we do not have to get him stuff for him to give. He is ready to set aside things he will give away and books he is ready to let go. Watching Jollibee’s Maaga ang Pasko TVC did that to him. That smile on that little girl’s face in the TVC, who can resist? Such joy and contentment! Jed may even include one of his Devotionals so that whoever receives the book will also come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. 🙂
With Jollibee’s 19th year of Maaga ang Pasko is the launch of its mircosite – www.jollibee.com.ph/MaagaAngPasko. Beginning this coming Monday, November 11, families here and abroad can donate toys and books online through the Maaga ang Pasko site with the help of campaign partners Toy Kingdom and Goodwill Bookstore.
Our kababayans can also donate as Jollibee has also started to reach out to the  Global Filipino communities in the USA, Middle East, Hongkong and Singapore via Maaga ang Pasko donation boxes that will be placed in Jollibee branches in these markets. Here’s to encouraging you all to celebrate this season of giving with Jollibee’s Maaga ang Pasko! 😀
