Your sweet and passionate ways
For me and our son
Nine years we are now
Years mixed with discoveries
New joys and sorrows
But every new thing
Is a journey for us both
Something to conquer
Something to outgrow
For each new challenge we face
Stronger we become
We can get focused
On little details in life
And important things
But you remind me
How important our love is
Greater than pitfalls
In our ninth year
May we remain in God’s ways
To serve Him always
