Heartburns have been common occurrences to me since late last month. The thing about relying on Google for pretty much every single information you might want to look into, is its tendency to give you a scare. Especially if it is health related. I would like to believe that I have well dropped my hypochondriac tendencies in college.  Which was brought about a lumpectomy when I was 19 years old. It is liberating to be free of worries. I think the natural approach that we now have on health is the better alternative. Our family is less sick the last few years, for one. But I will have to go see my doc first before anything else. And as for the heartburns, I haven’t had them for almost a week now. 🙂
