a yummy recipe that Melanie G. handed down to me and now it’s a family favorite!
Ingredients:
1 head shredded cabbage, cashew nuts, maggi chicken mami noodles, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine the mami noodles seasoning, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan, then boil. Pour the mixture into the platter with the shredded cabbage, crushed noodles and cashew nuts. Enjoy!

A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!
