The Value of Training Kids Early Oral Health Care

When it comes to oral health, it is never to early to train a child. Right from being a few months old, sans their teensy weensy baby teeth, they need to start warming up to a gum brush, to keep their mouth healthy and free from oral thrush. Then transition to a baby toothbrush.

One of the things my 3 year old niece is so fond of requesting for us to do whenever she comes visit is for her to brush her teeth, and for me to allow her to bathe in our bath tub. Compound living with family is ultra comforting, especially during this pandemic lockdown – I just had to say. 🙂

Brushing her teeth is one of the things this bug loves doing, and she insists on doing it herself. From the turning on of the faucet, to rinsing her tooth brush, to turning off the faucet. She’s also very prudent about keeping the faucet off in between. I’ve got to give that to her Mama, for training her  really well in this department too.
