For five years now, the Academy for International Culinary Arts (AICA) has consistently delivered excellence in Culinary Education. We believe that by giving an International Culinary Arts & Professional Kitchen Management scholarship to an aspiring student for free, we are passing on our vision of Culinary Excellence to a new generation. This scholarship aims to solidify within the student the necessary foundation that will allow for his/her success in the Industry.
