This just in. After more than a month of waiting, the mail with the good news finally arrived! I am one thrilled wife, to say the least. The hubby took the Mensa Challenge last February 27 at Fully Booked. He was told that the result will be received regardless if he made it or not, in a month’s time or so. The hubby wasn’t around when I opened the mail. I was out of myself, with shaky fingers as I struggled to tear open the envelope. It was when I saw the word, “Congratulations!” that I was able to catch my breath – relieved and thrilled.
I always knew that I have one exceptionally brilliant being for a husband, but having this for an affirmation is just something else. Over the top, if you may.
Nope. There’s no career switching to analyst job or anything grand. He’s good where he’s at, thank you. In fact, he loves what he’s doing so much that he plans to further glorify God even with this accomplishment. Congratulations, my love! I have and will always root for you.
