Allow me to rave about my first attempt in cooking Gambas.I was inspired last week when I went to visit MomEx and I saw this recipe.  I tweaked the original recipe to our taste and it was good. Real good, I must say. Hubby can’t stop thanking me for getting down to finally cooking one of his favorite dishes.  He only gets to have it when we eat outside.  And Gambas served in restos are pricey. Now I know how it is done!  We can now have it whenever we want. 😉
