Because we have gazillion of photos from our recent family getaway, I’d have to make do with this iPhone video clip for a preview of yet another unforgettable Plantation Bay vacation. Aside from our son learning how to swim on his own and conquering his fear of slides for milestone starters, he also learned how to float on his back. Oh yes, I am one thrilled mama! π
Because he saw that I was having a grand time just floating around the West saltwater lagoon that our room was just a few steps away from, he asked to be taught when I announced that we only had 30 minutes left and we had to prepare for our flight back home. It did not take him long, it also helped that we were in a more buoyant body of water. π
Now that we are officially done with our summer vacation, we will soon go right back to where we left off in our homeschool class and his bond mounts experiments. But I have this strong feeling that family days will be spent mostly at the village clubhouse pool from here on out. By the way, the little guy recently earned for himself a snorkel set swim gear. π
