There were two instances that brought us to condo window shopping. First before we had our house built. Second, months after we got devastated by Ondoy (Typhoon Ketsana). Now that rainy days are here again, fears of flooding are again predominant here and there. This is where condo living really has its edge. If given the chance it will be a condo we hope to invest in the coming years.
Quezon City has recently gained my trust as it was awarded by the DENR for Sustained Good Performance in the Implementation of Republic Act 9003 last March 6, 2012. This practically translates to Quezon City being the cleanest, greenest and most pleasant to live in city in Metro Manila. This means one thing to a mom like me – the best place for my family.

Now, condo living and greenest place, that will point me towards DMCI Homes’s Zinnia Towers, the nature-themed condominium project that incorporates its Lumiventt Design Technology. This means unlike most condos that are cramped and would have you feel rather claustrophobic, Zinnia Towers will have what usual condos don’t – fresh air and natural light coming through and through the building.
I’m particularly thrilled towards the outdoor amenities: the swimming pool complex, several play areas, the garden trails and parks, podium amenities, roof deck gardens and the clubhouse. Everything’s right there that my son and I might not find it anymore necessary to leave the condominium community. The Zinnia Towers of DMCI Homes offers those who would love to settle and have their own peaceful condo in Quezon City.
