Just as the hubby has warned me with last week, it really is about consistency after all. A week since I got back to my toes and worked out, I slid right back yet again in an instant. But one thing I’m really happy about is we finally got rid of that nasty bug that has been going around the house for months!
More than stressing myself out, I think my main concern is to quit the sedentary lifestyle altogether by setting a goal of having a regular exercise. Three weeks is all it takes to make a habit. The 4 minute workout is really what makes sense for my packed schedule. Now, I need to get the hubby to workout with me soon. 🙂
