Math used to be my waterloo. There was this one time that I got scared out of my wits when my father got frustrated with me during one time he had to tutor me in Math during my grade school days. I failed the subject and actually had to take summer class. I am not sure if it was one of the reasons I did kind of excel in it in high school that got me a slot in Math Quiz bee. I could not have imagined! This “Unlocking the Secret to Singapore Math” can just be one avenue that parents could investigate to spare our children from having to get all frustrated and get scared to their wits by their equally frustrated parents. Here is one thing for sure, whatever career they take in the future, be it IT or whatever else, a math skill will do them good in the long haul.
