A week since I last did my workout and I haven’t gone back to it again. Truth to tell, I’ve been crazy busy these previous days and I practically just get home to catch some few hours of sleep. I’m getting my schedule fixed next week and will only attend a single event.
What makes the guilt even stronger is all those calories I gain from attending those yummy events. If I don’t hold it I’m sure to need to get hold of the best diet supplements before Christmas breaks. Otherwise, I’m off to balloon in 2010. That ain’t happening because next week, I will make sure I start my day with my 4 minute F.I.T. workout. 🙂
