After having practically shelved all types of workout when I played my last badminton match more than three years ago, I have altogether dropped any attempt to exercise. The few times my sister got me free passes to Fitness First, I almost fainted doing the ellipticals towards my third minute. Both times I practically just went to the gym to linger inside the sauna room. Haha! ๐
>That little backgrounder is necessary to understand how big of a deal this is – what I am about to report. It has been eight days straight that I have been regularly doing my workouts – 30 minutes a day at least via Wii Fit. I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do now. I guess what makes the workout more exciting is being able to unlock brand new sets and being able to progress in keeping my balance and outdo myself. It is just more than a week but I am beginning to feel uncomfortable with my usual slouchy posture. My favorites are doing the Yoga poses and boxing. ๐
