Our family is currently paying off the loan we made that has paved the way for us to be able to construct our very own home.There are different kinds of loans. What we availed of is one of the many types of unsecured loans. It has given our family freedom from the burden of having this never ending debt to our landowner that we have to pay every single month for something that will never be ours.With fourteen years to pay, we are almost off of our first year, so that leaves us thirteen more years.Paying off mortgages is a whole lot different than paying monthly rent, which we are more than glad we’re done with.
