Being a mother and the point person in replenishing every single consumable stuff in our roster of household necessities, I have to be wise. I probably took it after my mother- my being practical, but I have gone beyond that and actually do thorough investigation of products’ contents.
Our family is not big on brands, we always go for those that deliver best. But if truth be told, I can be very experimental. The hubby could stick to one brand for the rest of his life, ever! I am the exact opposite. I can get easily swayed to try out an attractive new brand. I would have to say that we could not have come up with such great products that we currently use if it were not for my being adventurous.

Serious economic problems seem to be the ever dominating topic for just about every news episode that I chance upon these past months. This does not just speak about our beloved country, but it is, in fact, a world wide event. I have mentioned quite a number of times that this has been a major reason why we rarely turn on the television at home. Learning about the hang ups of numerous businesses are just too much for me to handle, I guess.
Until I heard about Inner 8. They are launching a by invitation only private beta site. Spearheaded by no other than the founders of ETRADE themselves. Inner8 offers the sophistication of that state of the art tools powered by proprietary analytics. The over the top analytics and correlation technology that they have translate to better market views and is actually designed to get you connected to the right people, given the right information, resulting to reaching your investing goals with the right strategies.

It’s the first day of most schools, at least in this part of the world. The hubby just got back from a Breaking Point Program that was held in Santolan High School. He is off to ministering again to another school together with his team on Friday at another public High in Makati City. I remember what it’s like to be a student once. Fussing and buzzing over a lot of school preparations before school resumes and just when you thought everything is over with, you get yourself bombarded by a handful more of nagging requirements.
It does not really stop, at least until you’ve graduated. One thing any student can make use of is to choose from amongst a wide range of student credit card deals. Read the rest of this entry »

Our family is hopefully done paying off our loans in the next few months, the house loan excluded. We still have less than thirteen years to pay it off. But it has a fixed interest rate so it is not much of a burden.
When we’re finally over paying off the loans, we hope to be loan free unless it is business related, which we are kind of considering and hopefully everything turns out as planned. I hope to finally be able to use my Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration) and have work it hand in hand with the recent license that I earned (Professional Teacher) and build my very own school.
If ever, I would surely need to avail of a Small Business Loan, just like the loan we took to build our house. It will be of an unsecured one, no collateral. It takes a considerable amount of stress out of availing loans. If it is an unsecured loan that you are looking into, you might want to check EZUnsecured.com. It is a fact that searching for business financing can be a major headache. Allow the experts from the aforementioned company to do the financing so you could focus on running your business and making sales.

How important really is a brand? One of the major things I am tasked to do as a homemaker is decide on our bi-weekly roster of household needs. It is practically a waste of time dilly dallying inside the grocery shop, undecided of which to purchase. That’s just me, maximizing my time, multi-tasking most days of the week. This is why I stick to brands that have earned my trust.
Aside from patronizing the current products that I trust, I do try out brands that are relatively new in the market, but they have got to create enough noise to catch my attention. Innovation hands down is the greatest genius of all. I welcome the fact that choices will expand its range by the day and I don’t mind giving other brands a try.

This is just one of the reasons why Branding is essential to any business. One great tool when it comes to this concern is BIG (Big Identity Guru). They position your product lines by producing exceptional promo materials so that that your product gets its maximum exposure. This is not very easy to do considering the vast products available in the market. There should really be something that will get your product to tick to make it big in the industry. It will be a total waste of everything if a great product is not given the proper boost. Give Big identity Guru a try and you will see for yourselves why brand owners who took the shot are all praises on the kind of service they deliver.

Our online money making journey has allowed us to pursue freedom from debt. Being honest about it, my wife and I sometimes find it difficult to keep track of our expenses because of the many financial targets we have set and are immediately trying to reach. A lot of times we use our credit cards especially when we know that there is money that we will be expecting and this makes managing debt a bit crazy. I am blesses to have a wife who is very diligent especially in the area of finances. Through her diligence we save the hassle of getting debt consolidation service from financial advisers and still we are able to continue in our journey towards being debt free.

The hubby and I have been wondering what we could do to fight back all the economic threats mankind is getting the world over. With crises popping up one after the other (oil, food, et. al.), we know we should be vigilant in a way that we do not have all these things stare us in the face without us doing anything about it from our end. Sure, there are things that are out of our control, but there are a lot more that we can do. This is basically why human beings are set apart from all living organisms.
In the next few months we should be settling all our loans and obligations and we hope to be ready to venture into a small business. We are looking into some options and if things turn out as planned, we know will get through. It would be nice to check out www.amone.com. Read the rest of this entry »

Our family has been apartment renters during the first six years of our marriage. If there is anything about renting it is this – there could be a lot of complications that could go with it if there are no decent apartment managers to deal with.
If you are a locale of townhome management chicago, you might want to check out Chicagolandlordservice.com. Condominium associations should really care to partner with this service. A real manager has got to take care of the real deal. It has been like the norm that most rental management offer clients low monthly rates at the expense of later exceptional high repairs and maintenance costs. These are just a few of the things to be considered when one decides to rent or lease a place.

It was last year that the hubby and I decided to just keep two credit cards for practical reasons. I believe it was wiser to avail of the cash back credit card offers rather than one of those regular cards that do not have the same feature. I figured if we would keep our credit cards, we might as well avail of cards that give out rebates to loyal subscribers. We dropped a couple of our old cards and stuck on the cash back credit cards that we now have. Read the rest of this entry »

With prices of commodities in the Philippines still bullish, finding sources of particular items locally instead of importing, in my opinion, should be prioritized by the government and planned for the long term.

We should take after Brazil which continues to be the world leader when it comes to sugar production. This country has been neck and neck with India in recent years but is expected to retain its leadership for the period of 2007 and 2008. Brazil also exports VHP Sugar (very high polarity sugar), which was an entirely new form of sugar with far greater content of sucrose and less contamination. Read the rest of this entry »

We are slowly hitting the road to being free of debts. At least three of our readers will agree with me when I say that this is a major concern for most families. We have accumulated those debts from previous medical and health issues and we would have chosen to do without if we were then able.
One thing we need to soon settle is our credit card outstanding balance and we are on our way there. I honestly see that there are benefits in using cards than having to carry cash around. But this should always go hand in hand with responsibility. I got a hold of a Visa Credit Card Offer that allowed for me to transfer outstanding balance to the new card on a real low interest rate, while I gathered the computations I figured the transfer will be beneficial for the family budget than having to stick with the same rate from the original card. Sweet. Read the rest of this entry »
