		<description>i&#039;ve been using the services of teleserv for several occasions now and i find them really convenient...i don&#039;t have to endure long hours of wait and hassles of going back and forth for the requirements...teleserv tells everything needed so everything is smooth and easy...i value there service...makes life more easy...would like to see more government agencies to follow DFA style!!! mabuhay philippines :) we are improving...</description>

I visited the Philippines in 1988 and again in 1990. Spent a lot of time in Manila (mostly Makati and Paranaque) but also visited Baguio, Davao, Cebu and other places.
