roaming.jpgI have given up doing follow ups on the roaming facility with a local network I had my father’s number registered with before they left for the States. Utter frustration, to say the least. A month later and tens of calls later, they still cannot figure out how to go about the problem.

It is bad enough that they do not offer a service that enables a subscriber to trace any phone number. It was way fuss free when my mom used another network when she went to Pakistan some years back. The last time I called them I made sure I am dealing with a supervisor in the hope that he knows better. To my dismay, nothing came of it. For now, we’re going to have to settle to plain instant messengers and pricey calls until they decide to come back.
