Your title got me so curious, we’ll be celebrating our first year anniversary at the end of the month but we’ve known each other for almost 10 years now. There are ups and downs but I know it’s a part of married life. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I might look for our old pics just to remember the way we were.

Thanks Elaine! If there’s anything about looking back, it is this – it can be daunting, in a good way. Exhilarating. It was funny how looking at this old picture surprised me. I mean I wouldn’t mind sporting the same face with lesser lines, but it’s the story behind all those years that my heart leaps over. It’s like the story of my life, the life that I have always wanted. I know how dreamy that sounds, but I really feel blessed with God’s ultimate manifestation of His love to me through the relationship the hubby and I have.

It wasn’t all perfect from the start, in fact we started ugly. It is really God’s faithfulness that put us through and I will forever be grateful.

Your response just made me wonder how we both would look like ten years down the road.

Thanks sis! Natatawa nga ako when I see this photo. I suddenly feel that this couple staring back at me were too young to be dating back then. And I was already 22 that time. Manang na ako mag-isip, hehe. Either that o sobrang baby face lang kami dyan sa shot na yan. lol! Siyempre that's relative to how we look now. Time really flies fast.
