Customer service is #1 for me whenever I shop. I’ve purchased items that I really liked but the service wasn’t so great and I do NOT go back. Even paying more is okay for me if the service is outstanding compared to a similar item somewhere else. It’s so rare to get really good and outstanding service these days (and personal service…not just impersonal auto replies) that it really stands out when you do.
