One of our best bets in life is investing our money wisely. For one, this is one of the not so secret adventures of today’s financial tycoons. I have heard quite a number of people getting scammed from the news and even friends who only want to maximize their money’s potential. It is always wise to know the comings and goings of the investment placement you plan to put your money in. Investing Blog features educating people in different forms of investments. From stocks, to the foreign exchange markets, hedge funds, futures, mutual funds, real estate to bonds. These all require considerable financial planning and this site allows for you to learn more even before you step into that investment venture.

images.jpgWhy should love languages be identified in marriages? We are all different individuals. As a couple, we come together in marriage from two different family of origins. It’s not really natural for a spouse to know how to really love or at least show love to his or her spouse effectively. I have seen countless of couples frustrated over the facts that they claim that they have shown them all the love they could give their spouses, but they don’t feel appreciated. Many times the frustration snowballs through the years of pent up emotions. Read the rest of this entry »

Being proactive parents, we have made sure to be there for our kid every step of the way. Every milestone, every progress are all regularly put into journal and we were never comfortable being on the sidelines when it comes to raising him.

When our son was ten months old, we got him into a photo shoot, very much convinced that our son can make it to the ad pages or even baby Baby Modeling contests that we can get our hands on. Read the rest of this entry »

3) God’s design is that a family is to be a place to play

God is not a killjoy. He wants the family to be a format for fun, a haven for happiness, a place to get down and party – to have a good time. It is place where we kick back, relax, take it easy and enjoy life. This is missing in a lot of homes. Read the rest of this entry »

One of the things I made sure I get my hands on when I started earning after college was getting a life insurance coverage. Although my mother has availed of one for me even while I was still a teener, I still wanted to get another with better coverage and that wouldn’t require me to pay until forever. We are often told that nothing is predictable in our world. That sure is true. When disability strikes, it can leave a family like ours in shambles if ever we are suddenly unable to do the things we normally do to earn a living.

pusit-1.JPG

This is what we had for lunch today. Adobong Pusit. A simple easy to do recipe: Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add in the squid. A dash of salt and pepper. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar. Leave it until it boils.

(I added a spoon of muscovado sugar, as I always do in almost everything I cook) It’s better than the unhealthy monosodium glutamate. It serves the same purpose, for those who don’t know that yet.

Prudence. This is one quality I believe my mother has imparted to me without her knowing it even as I saw her handle my family of origin’s financial affairs despite the hard and shaky situations we have experienced in the past. Although I hope not to be as obsessive compulsive as she is, I still believe this characteristic of hers is more of an asset than a liability.

I just came down to thinking that this particular characteristic is pretty evident in me, even as I make sure my own family now is covered with life and health insurance. Read the rest of this entry »

It’s a basic desire for families like ours to always be on our toes for just about anything that comes our way. In a world that’s not perfect, with emergencies arising from time to time, it pays to have some to have our backs.

Cash advance loans are the easiest way to get a hold of that emergency cash. Read the rest of this entry »
