This is what we had for lunch today. Adobong Pusit. A simple easy to do recipe: Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add in the squid. A dash of salt and pepper. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar. Leave it until it boils.

 

(I added a spoon of muscovado sugar, as I always do in almost everything I cook) It’s better than the unhealthy monosodium glutamate. It serves the same purpose, for those who don’t know that yet.
