Whenever the three of us get together with our extended family, good food always tops the event. Yummy grilled barbeques and father’s signature spaghetti recipe never fail to be landslide hits. Every so often we would dream of getting our own food kiosk, playing with names that would perfectly brand the place.
We’ve always thought of getting into the food business. Though, I could only hope it’s as easy as dreaming. A point person should always get to his feet and put action into the dream. For one it involves a considerable amount of investment, total commitment and a hundred percent of yourself. Small business valuation is not very hard to do with my business administration background and all.
But more than the logistics of operating a business, is that one person who will step up and embrace that dream and believe in it so much that risking the investment and everything that will be put into it will be but minute details to an even grander vision.
I still don’t know how much of that dream will ever be fulfilled. Maybe someday. It’s something we would have to pray about. If the Lord wills it, He will provide for everything that is needed to make us see where we should head towards.
